The workshop followed the Women4AGreenEU design, including: an introductory plenary with EU policy framing (Green Deal, Skills Agenda, Gender Equality Strategy); Breakout Session 1 on mapping barriers for women in green tech; Breakout Session 2 on identifying solutions, policy recommendations, and opportunities; plenary reporting and consolidation of insights; and closing remarks with feedback collection.

• Suggestions for inclusion in the Policy Blueprint:

Include specific vocational training pathways for women re-entering the workforce and standardized monitoring tools for gender equity in VET.
